Cancellation Policy

• I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.
• You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any point before the production process begins.
• In the event that you request a cancellation after your item has already been produced, please be aware that I may need to apply charges to cover the costs and time already invested in creating the item. Under such circumstances, it might not be feasible to approve a cancellation.
• I encourage my customers to review their orders carefully and make any necessary cancellations promptly to avoid potential charges or complications.

Return and Refund Policy

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition, and be in the original packaging.
• Please note that digital downloads and personalised products (unless damaged) cannot be returned and are non-refundable once downloaded.
• I do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, or for user errors such as incorrect address or selection mistakes.
• For quality-related issues, contact me within 30 days of receipt. If the issue is verified, I'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
• Color variations due to the printing process are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under the quality guarantee.
• For defective or damaged products, or lost orders, contact me within 30 days for a replacement.
